15-20 business days must elapse before we are able to process a replacement for a “lost” order. 15-20 business days must elapse before the order will be considered “lost", due to shipping carrier delays. “Lost” order remakes or refunds, will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen items, once the order is delivered.
If you receive a refund from your payment carrier (Paypal, Bank, Credit Card, etc.) for the lost order during the wait period (15-20 days) and the order is received, we will request reversal of your refund according to that Organizations policy.
